This section is helpful to all those customers who for some reasons are not satisfied with the purchase and want to return the item(s), unworn and not used, and therefore want to request a refund or an exchange.
All products must return within 14 days from the delivery date. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same conditions they were originally dispatched: not worn, used, altered or damaged in any way. All products must also be returned with all the original tags and accessories, including the authenticity tag and the security seal that should not be cut or broken. Damaged returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at his own expenses. Shirts must be returned with their original box, which is an integral part of the same product. Return shipping is at the customer’s expenses.
To make the return, Customers must send an e-mail to email@example.com within 14 days from the date of the delivery, stating the number of the order, return product codes, the reason for the return and the compensation chosen: exchange or refund. Within 3 working days, customers will receive an e-mail confirmation from our Customer Service, with all the instructions on how to proceed to make the return. Customers must strictly follow these instructions. Returns must be in our warehouse within 10 working days after authorization. Golden Brat Uk Ltd reserves the right to inspect the returned items to verify their integrity, and if it does not meet the conditions requested, to return it at the customer’s expenses.
When a refund is required, this will be only related to simple price of the item and not shipping cost and customs charges. Golden Brat Uk Ltd will endeavor to refund immediately the customer, however no later than 10 working days after the date of acceptance of the returned goods: the date of the actual visibility of the accreditation may vary for factors beyond the liability of Golden Brat Uk Ltd. The refund will be made on the same credit card or on the same account used by the customer for payment.
We only accept change of size or color of the same model; the model cannot be changed. The shipping of the item required in exchange is free of charge, the customs taxes are charged to the customer. Free shipping is possible for only one free change in each returned goods.
Defective products are items received already damaged or manifesting defects of conformity. Golden Brat Uk Ltd reserves the right to reject not authorized faulty returns. In case of acceptance of the defective return Golden Brat Uk Ltd will refund the purchase price, shipping and customs charges. If the initial shipment occurred in DDU, with customs fees and charges paid to destiny, this amount would be refunded if attached to the return package is given proper documentation.
Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdrawal the order for any reason. This right may be exercised by customers “consumers” only (persons who purchase the goods for purposes not related to their professional, entrepreneurial or commercial activity).
